We want you to be completely satisfied with your Koch Decoration purchase. If you’re not happy with your items, you can return them to us within 30 days of receipt.

How to Return Items

Online Returns Process

  1. Log into your account on KochDecoration.com
  2. Navigate to ‘Order History’ in your account dashboard
  3. Select the order containing items you wish to return
  4. Choose the specific items and select your reason for return
  5. Print your prepaid returns label
  6. Package items securely in original packaging
  7. Attach the returns label clearly to the package
  8. Drop off at any Australia Post location

Returns Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In original, unused condition
  • With all original tags and labels still attached
  • In the original packaging with any seals intact
  • Free from any damage, marks, or odors
  • Accompanied by the original order confirmation

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized items
  • Made-to-order products
  • Items damaged due to customer misuse
  • Products without original packaging
  • Final sale items (clearly marked during purchase)
  • Gift cards

Refunds Information

Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your return
  • You will receive email confirmation once your refund is processed
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Store credit refunds are processed within 24 hours

Refund Amount

  • Full refund for items meeting return conditions
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping fees are customer’s responsibility for change of mind returns
  • Restocking fee may apply for certain large items

Exchanges

Exchange Process

  4. We’ll ship the new item once we receive your return
  5. Any price differences will be charged or refunded
